Here are some reviews from previous participants

"We had a wonderful day with Amy, making our bowls. She was really patient and explained everything very clearly. It was great to do something new and so different. And it was so satisfying to have our beautiful bowls at the end!!!" - Sally

"I have just completed a great one to one spoon carving day with Amy who is very knowledgeable in her craft.  She taught me how to safely use the very sharp tools and techniques for carving spoons. I came away with my first spoons, I now feel confident to start carving on my own. " - Chris

Brilliant Day, thoroughly recommended! 5 * - Claire

Thank you very much for the other day. Great fun and very informative! - Charles

Thank you so very much to you all! Guy had the best day and I'm feeling quite smug that I managed to get him a decent birthday present this year :)  He's feeling inspired and is already on about what he'd like to learn next. - Lucy

Amy's spoon carving and bowl turning lessons were very helpful for me. She is a great, attentive and patient teacher. I have written a dissertation on archeological wooden finds in Lithuania, so I wanted to expand my theoretical knowledge with practical experience. Amy, as a woodworking professional, also gave me both knowledge and practical training. - Irute

Amy was super patient and informative. I was able to make my own bowl from beginning to end. - Viktorija

Amy has a lovely teaching manner. Tool angles are critical and subtle when bowl turning and it is invaluable to learn from a master. I learned a huge amount but more importantly came away deeply inspired. - Martin

Thank you so much for a really enjoyable day, a lovely gathering of eager spooners and lovely lunch served in treen :-). Great skills taught by @woodmungler and @villagegreenwoodworking. Keen to have another go - Nicola

It was a great day, @woodmungler and @villagegreenwoodworking were excellent, and welcoming. Lovely venue and fantastic lunch.  Thank you, thoroughly recommend this to anyone. - Julian
